Great location near popular tourist attractions and affordable restaurants. Comfortable bed, friendly staff, and convenient amenities such as AC and flat, screen TV.
Sketchy area with homeless people sleeping in green spaces and on sidewalks. Noise from traffic made it difficult to sleep.

Yhe hotel was only two minutes walk from Malecon 2000.
The room was filthy and smelt as though all sorts of beings had died there, the bed mattress was covered with thick plastic and was barely covered by the sheet. The air-conditioning was the noisiest ever and despite being left on for hours only reduced the room temperature from 84 degrees F. to 78 degrees F. I had to ask for a lamp to put in my bedside light and this was subsequently removed again when I left the room, There was no hot water and when showering, the water went everywhere due to the lack of shower curtain,- making the floor more slippery than a Guayaquil hotelkeeper! I had to pay upfront for my four day booking but only stayed for two as the place was disgusting.

friendly and helpful staff/family. Good location, next to the Malceon 2000. Perfect if you are are going to stay for a couple of days, waiting for your plane to the Galapagos or just chilling out in the town.
No complains at all!!

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The location in downtown was perfect for exploring the city. The staff were very helpful finding a taxi and the transportation options were convenient. The cleanliness and hotel facilities were impressive. As for breakfast, I did not partake, but some guests seemed to enjoy it.
For us, it was ideal.

The room was mouldy and had the loudest air conditioner ever. The hotel was noisy too and it was difficult to sleep. There was no record of my booking so the staff had to clean a room before I could check in. Despite advertisig there was no hot water in the shower. Overall very disappointing experience with the hotel and the booking

Good price. Very close to the south end of Malecon 2000 which is the main attraction in Guayaquil. Check wi fi signal before selecting a room. It was very poor in our room. Aircondioner was noisy. There was traffic noise as well. Family run, good value of money.

Free Wi-Fi was available and the staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the comfortable bed and the fact that the room was equipped with a large flat-screen TV.
The surrounding area felt a little unsafe, especially after dark. Despite the affordable price, the bathroom was a little dirty and had a strong odor.

La simpatía de la hija de la dueña y su disposición a ayudar.
No corresponde a los datos de linternet. La ubicación si bien es a dos cuadras del malecón debe agregar que para llegar al hotel se debe atravesar una zona no muy recomendable.

Location was convenient; around the southern end of Malecon 2000, next to Mercado Sur. Close to stores and shops. Owner couple was friendly and nice.
Some rooms don't have windows as ours. Internet (wi-fi) connection was okay but sporadic depending on the location of your room. The bathroom was not clean; trash bin was almost full and with many mini cockroaches. Also it became noisy from early in the morning. But all in all, it's a budget hotel so you get what you paid for.

Great price and location. Friendly staff that allowed us to check in early and offered to pick us up at the airport. The AC in the rooms worked well too.
Walking up three flights of stairs.
